4. Aadhaar & Sensitive Data

Aadhaar and other sensitive identity data are collected only for verification of a company transfer, are handled in accordance with applicable law, and — where electronic signature or KYC is performed — are processed through licensed service providers. Sensitive fields such as Aadhaar and portal passwords are stored in encrypted form.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive fields at rest, access controls that limit each party to their own records, and administrative approval before documents are relied upon.
